​Fairlington Arbor has been managed by National Realty Partners (NRP) since January 2024. Should you require assistance, there are several contact options available to you:

New to the area or just visiting:
Fairlington Arbor is located in South Arlington, Virginia, along King Street between Rt. 395 and Quaker Lane. Most frequently the Arbor is directly entered via King Street, on to Wakefield St. or Taylor Street. The Arbor is divided into 12 courts, each with its own parking lot. All the parking spaces in the courts are numbered with one space designated for each unit. All of these spaces are reserved. If you are visiting someone in the Arbor, please check with her or him in advance; they may let you use their space or there maybe a space in the court designated for visitors. To avoid towing, check first, otherwise use street parking.
