The Arbor's Swimming Pool

Pool Season is just about here! The 2026 pool documents have been approved by the Board and are downloadable on the right. The Rules and Regs are also printed out below.

The Fairlington Arbor swimming pool is located in the geographical center of the Arbor, nestled behind courts 3, 5, and 6.  In addition to a large pool, there is a wading pool for toddlers, a grill for cookouts, and a ping pong table for the old and young alike.  The Arbor pool is open between the Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend and the Monday of Labor Day weekend.  In some years, when the budget permits, the pool may be open for the first few weeks of September as well.  Residents are notified of the pool operating hours in the weeks ahead of each pool season.  Professional lifeguards and a professional pool management company ensure a safe and healthy experience.  Note that the pool is for the exclusive use of Fairlington Arbor residents (in good standing) and their guests.  As such, all residents wishing to use the pool must obtain a wristband at the beginning of each season.  Court representatives or the Management Agent will deliver a one-page form to every unit that each resident must fill out and return in order to obtain their two 2006 wristbands. Entry to the pool without such wristbands will be denied.

As stated above, to use the pool, all individuals/households must fill out a Resident Registration Form to receive your wristbands.  If you didn't receive a form or have just moved to the Arbor, request one at the Arbor Office or download one from this page, above right.

Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the 2026 Pool Rules, below.....
