Legal Documents: The Condominium Act is Virginia State Law. The remainder are elements of our property deed found in the County of Arlington's Office of Lans Records. Changes to the deed can only be approved by a 60% or above vote of the Homeowners. Newly approved changes must then be recorded with the county.
